Democracy before anything
We truly believe that democracy is the best way to manage people. It has already been seen with numbers, in experiments like Galton's experiment that lead to finding the weight of a bull with a single pound of difference (<0.1% error margin) using the median value of population estimation. This experiment has been reproduced again and again, and so have enough data to state that it is true. But we also believe democracy, in a similar system, can be used for more complex decision making such as procedures, representant choices, or any kind of public matters.
We truly believe that a full democracy has yet to be seen. Of course, some places have some kind of popular decisions, but every single one still has a centralized organisation to monitor everything, and to validate the democracy. If the centralized system wants to force something, they will be able to.
We truly believe that free and unregulated market is the path to develop a true and free democracy, at the single condition of providing tools for free speech and open debates. Free and unregulated market lets people free. The only way to find the good way to go is to not be restricted since, in democracy, we cannot consider the individual thought as truth. The only gauge is a popular jugement that include itself as the judge and the trialled.
Using tech to enhance our values
Blockchain is the best tool providing liberty to any individual. It cannot be regulated in any way, and in case some wants to track users, there are ways to become anonymous. As long as someone wants to use it, and as long as community wants to keep it alive, there is no reason for it to die. No one can avoid its existence if someone simply wants it to exist.
Blockchain use decentralisation, meaning that the ones who judges are the users, and the users are the one who judges. Everyone will be fair since everyone will be fair for themselves. It is the more trustable system, since the system makes us trust in ourselves.
We can use this technology as a lever to allow a project, another system, to live without a team. The team is only needed for the launch, but once launched, the only limitation is if the community wants to maintain it or not. The team may be included in the community, or leave it, that would not change a thing, for anyone out of it would be able to join, and anyone in it would be able to leave.
